Inspired By A Dream

Recently in a dream, a picture appeared to me out of nowhere. Right away I knew that it was supposed to be the cover for Martian Chronicles. Great! I don't have to think much about this one!!! Here is a sketch of it

The Martian Chronicles: Ylla

After a few weeks of work I have finally finished first illustration to a short story Ylla from Martian Chronicles, written by Ray Bradbury. It shows Mr & Mrs K's house, which in its organic form, follows the sun, "flower-like"...

The Martian Chronicles

So I decided to illustrate one of my all time favorite books, The Martian Chronicles by Ray Bradbury.

This is one of my first concept sketches for the second story "Ylla". A strange place to start, but I couldn't resist. We'll see where this takes me.
