Some Politics
So politics don't affect my daily life, right? ...wrong!
I don't really follow any news...ever. But yesterday wanted to go to a park near by and discovered it closed... I could not believe it...
As of Tuesday many of National Parks are closed.
It's a good thing that I know some secret ways in....
... it's only an hour or two hike to another side haha

April is Fake Journal Month
Hello, April!
Thanks to my internet surfing of 2011 I came across this awesome blog. Basically it's a game. A game of journaling.
In short, you pick any persona you want to embody for the month of April and keep a journal of their daily life.
This character can do anything you like: go on a vacation of a life time, or maybe on an interplanetary expedition; have your character study an imaginary specie of coleoptera. Or you can pick something you've always wanted to do but couldn't.
Here is your chance! think of yourself in a different dimension where you can do it and write a journal about it.
That's about it.
I tried this game before and found that standard way of journaling wasn't working for me.
Here are my attempts of 2011 & 2012
But then I thought of something cool. Cut-out journaling. It turned out to be a real challenge to tell a story in this way.
Here is my attempt from 2011.
I will be trying this once again. The character, the paper, the cut-outs, the whole thing on my "fake blog". And I will also be posting summaries of those entries here weekly.
